Protection plans must be purchased within 30 days of product purchase. Coverage begins immediately following the expiration of the standard manufacturer's warranty.
Accidental Damage Protection
Available as a standalone purchase or included in Gold and Platinum protection plans, our Accidental Damage Protection covers incidents the standard warranty doesn't, including:
- Drops and impacts
- Liquid spills
- Screen cracks
- Electrical surges
- Pet damage
- Heat damage (non-fire related)
Accidental Damage Protection can be added to any product for $39.99 per year and covers up to two incidents per year with a $49 service fee per claim.
